No dairy products or animal-derived ingredients were purchased, delivered, or used.
2. The claim did not originate from a customer experience.
The individual who posted the review was not a customer, but an Instacart shopper completing a delivery from BJ’s Wholesale Club. The review is not based on consuming our products or witnessing our baking practices, but appears to stem from a misunderstanding and frustration unrelated to the quality or integrity of our business.
3. We have documented evidence confirming the ingredients used.
We maintain receipts, order records, and ingredient logs for all items used in production.
All documentation confirms that the items delivered were plant-based and fully compliant with our vegan standards.
4. Ingredient transparency is a core ethical commitment of our bakery.
